  1. Search chats by name.
  2. New message (✏️): search people by name, email or company.
  3. Type a message…: attach images (JPG/PNG/WEBP) or files (PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ZIP) up to 10 MB, or add an emoji.
Message status shows Sending, Delivered or Seen. If a message fails, click Retry.
You can only message people who share a community with you. If you no longer share one, you can still read the old conversation but can’t send new messages.
