| ”Registration with a personal email address is not allowed.” | Sign up with your company email address. |
| ”Your password is incorrect or this account doesn’t exist.” | Check the email for typos, or use Forgot your password?. |
| ”This email is already in use.” | An account already exists for this email. Log in or reset your password. |
| ”Verification code incorrect.” / “The verification code has expired.” | Re-type the code, or click Resend code to get a new one. |
| I didn’t receive the verification code | Wait a minute, check your spam folder, then click Resend code. |
| ”This account has been deactivated.” | Your company admin marked you inactive. Contact them, or help@together-vietnam.com. |
| ”Please ask your company admin to request access on your behalf.” | Only company admins can request to join a community. |
| A community shows Limited access | Your company hasn’t joined it yet, or the request is still waiting for approval. |
| ”You need to join this sub-community first.” | Your company must be a member of the community before you can do this. |
| ”This project is only open to its target audience.” | The project is limited to certain community groups. Ask your company admin to check your group. |
| I can’t see some news, forums or events | Content is targeted by community group. Ask your company admin to check your group in Team. |
| I can’t message someone | You can only chat with people who share a community with you. |
| ”This file is too large.” / “This file type isn’t supported.” | Most uploads must be 10 MB or smaller. Images: JPG, PNG or WebP. Check the hint under each upload box. |
| I’m not getting notifications | Check Settings → Notifications, for each community and each category. See Settings. |
