# Who can do what?

> What members, company admins, and sub-community admins can do.

There are three roles:

* **Member:** any employee.
* **Company admin:** manages the company account and colleagues.
* **Sub-community admin:** manages one community and its content.

| Invite colleagues, change their community group, deactivate them | | ✅ | |
| Pay an event fee on behalf of an employee | | ✅ | |
| Post news, create forums, events and projects | | | ✅ |
| Approve join requests, payments, and forum members | | | ✅ |
| Moderate reported posts | | | ✅ |
